Review status: These operational terms should be reviewed by qualified UK legal counsel before publication or whenever the Service, pricing, or applicable law changes. They are not legal advice.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using pageonebrand.com and the Page Quality Analyzer (together, the "Service") operated by Page One Brand Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service and eligibility
The Service provides website quality analysis, SEO and accessibility diagnostics, AI-assisted content analysis, reports, and related information. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit any URL or material you ask us to analyse.
The Service is informational software. Scores and recommendations do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, accessibility conformance, legal compliance, or any particular business result. They are not legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice; consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit URLs you do not have permission to analyze.
- Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond what is provided in your report.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary scoring algorithms or source code.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to submit bulk requests in a manner that disrupts or degrades the Service.
- Upload, transmit, or link to content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
- Use the Service to facilitate spam, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Accounts
Creating a free account is optional. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@pageonebrand.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may disable accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Your submissions and our intellectual property
You retain rights you have in URLs, text, and other material you submit. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to fetch, process, store, display, and transmit that material to provide, secure, and improve the Service, including generating and delivering your report. You must not submit material that you do not have the right to make available. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.
All content, software, scoring methodology, branding, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Page One Brand and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party services and links
The Service uses third-party APIs (including OpenAI, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Resend) to generate reports. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Report scores and recommendations are generated automatically; we do not guarantee that following them will produce any particular result, including improved search rankings.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAGE ONE BRAND AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) £100 GBP.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing info@pageonebrand.com. We will remove your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving your request, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g. fraud prevention).
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Service or by email if you have an account. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires local law to apply, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under that local law.
