Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Page One Brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Alberta, Canada, handles personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, schedule a meeting, communicate with us, or use our invited account portal.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if provided, company, website, enquiry details, meeting preferences, and communications with us. The fields collected depend on the form or service you use.
  • Website and marketing information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, interactions, and identifiers used by analytics and marketing tools. We also capture campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and advertising click IDs (GCLID, FBCLID, and MSCLKID) when present in a visit’s URL.
  • Invited portal users: profile and account details, password hashes, sign-in and email-verification records, and activity logs. Authorised staff may enter contact records and connect advertising accounts for business purposes.

Please do not send payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, communicate with you, and provide requested services.
  • Manage business relationships, contact records, portal access, and account security.
  • Understand how people find and use our website, measure campaign performance, and improve our website and our own marketing efforts.
  • Support relevant marketing and advertising, including campaign attribution and, where used and permitted, audience matching or remarketing.
  • Meet applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect against misuse or unauthorised access.

3. We do not rent or sell personal information

We do not rent or sell personal information. We do share personal information with service providers and marketing tools to operate our business, understand campaign performance, and improve our own marketing efforts.

For example, marketing tools may receive form details, browsing activity, campaign information, or online identifiers so we can manage enquiries, measure advertising, and improve how we reach potential customers. We do not provide personal information for unrelated businesses to rent or purchase mailing lists from us.

The legal meaning of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising can differ by jurisdiction. Our no-sale statement does not remove any notice, consent, or opt-out rights that may apply to analytics or advertising disclosures. Contact us to exercise applicable rights or ask about a particular disclosure.

We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to obtain professional advice, or to protect legal rights and security, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

4. Tools and service providers

Our website and business tools include:

  • HubSpot: meeting scheduling on our /meet page. The embedded scheduler may receive contact details, meeting preferences, booking information, and technical information such as IP address, browser information, and cookies when you use it. We have removed the site-wide HubSpot tracking pixel and HubSpot contact form. Our /contact form now sends enquiries directly to our own application and internal CRM, not to HubSpot. Information previously provided to HubSpot may remain subject to our retention practices. See HubSpot’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics 4: website usage and campaign measurement, including page activity, device and browser information, and online identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Workspace / Gmail: email correspondence, invitations, and account verification messages, including recipient details and message content. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Replit: website and application hosting, database infrastructure, and application services, processing information stored or transmitted through the application and operational logs. See Replit’s Privacy Policy.
  • BabyLoveGrowth: automated blog-content creation and publishing. BabyLoveGrowth sends article text, titles, descriptions, image links, and publishing metadata to our website through a secured webhook. The webhook itself does not send your contact-form submissions, portal account details, or website activity to BabyLoveGrowth, and does not install a BabyLoveGrowth visitor-tracking script. Article images may load from third-party image hosts, which receive your IP address and browser request information when an image is displayed; we suppress the page referrer on these images.
  • Google Ads: when an authorised administrator connects an advertising account, our internal tools retrieve account and campaign reporting data through Google’s API. Public visitors do not need to connect a Google Ads account.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic, through Replit AI integrations: when staff run the internal Google Ads Analyzer, advertising report snapshots and scanned public landing-page content are sent to these providers to generate recommendations. Public contact-form submissions are not automatically sent to this analysis tool. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

Capturing an FBCLID or MSCLKID does not, by itself, mean that a Meta or Microsoft tracking pixel is installed. Provider practices and any separate terms you accept with those providers also apply to their services.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and your choices

Public pages load Google Analytics, which may use cookies and similar technologies to recognise visits and measure interactions. We no longer load a site-wide HubSpot tracking pixel. The HubSpot meeting scheduler on /meet may use its own storage or cookies. Our contact form sends information directly to our internal CRM and includes campaign-attribution information when available. Our own campaign-attribution browser storage uses a 30-day expiry, which may refresh after a new tagged visit.

The private /account area uses essential authentication cookies. Google Analytics is excluded from that area, and the HubSpot meeting scheduler is only embedded on /meet.

You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser, use tracking protection, and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking technologies may affect forms, scheduling, or sign-in. This policy is a notice, not a cookie-consent mechanism, and does not replace consent where the law requires it.

You may withdraw consent to consent-based processing, ask about marketing disclosures, or request that we stop marketing to you by emailing info@pageonebrand.com. Use an unsubscribe link where one is provided. Withdrawal does not reverse prior lawful processing; we will explain any legal limits or service consequences. A request to us does not itself change your browser settings.

6. Storage, international processing, and security

Information is stored in the systems used to provide our website and business services, including HubSpot and our application database. Providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other countries, depending on their infrastructure. Information processed abroad may be subject to those countries’ laws and lawful access requests.

For questions about our use of providers outside Canada, the information involved, or our policies for that processing, contact the privacy contact below. We use access controls and account authentication to help protect information. No online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. How long we retain information

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to enquiries, managing business relationships, maintaining security and activity records, and meeting legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; the browser-attribution expiry is not a deletion deadline for CRM, email, or HubSpot records. You can ask about a particular record or request deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

8. Access, correction, and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, information about its use or disclosure, deletion where available, or withdrawal of consent. Email info@pageonebrand.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and will respond within applicable legal timelines and explain any permitted refusal or limitation.

Page One Brand is based in Alberta, Canada. Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and applicable Canadian federal privacy laws, including PIPEDA where applicable, may govern our handling of personal information. If we cannot resolve a concern, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website, business services, and invited portal are intended for adults and business representatives, not children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps, including deletion where appropriate.

10. Policy updates and contact

We may revise this policy as our website, tools, or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
