Page One Brand / Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated:
Please read these terms before using the Page One Brand website or account portal. They explain the permitted use of our online features and how those features relate to separate agreements for agency services.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Page One Brand website, enquiry and booking features, and invitation-only portal. By using these features, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use them.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for yourself or any organisation you represent. Page One Brand is based in Alberta, Canada. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@pageonebrand.com.
2. Website information and agency services
The website describes our digital marketing services and provides ways to contact us or request a meeting. Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not itself create an agency-client relationship, commit either party to paid work, or guarantee that we can accept a project.
Paid services require a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, payment, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and any service commitments. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms on those subjects. These terms do not create a subscription, automatic renewal, or a new payment obligation.
3. Enquiries and meeting bookings
Provide accurate contact information and only submit information you are authorised to share. Meeting availability and confirmation depend on the scheduling service; an available time or thank-you page alone is not a guarantee of a confirmed appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the options in your booking confirmation or contact us. Do not submit highly sensitive information through general enquiry or booking forms.
4. Portal accounts and connected tools
Portal access is by invitation. Keep account details accurate and protect your password and emailed verification codes. Do not share credentials, use another person’s account, or connect advertising accounts without the owner’s permission. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Account permissions limit which records and tools you can use. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to upload information or authorise access to connected services. Access may be suspended or withdrawn to address security risks, misuse, or loss of authorisation. You can request account closure by contacting us; retained records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website or portal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
- Do not submit spam, malicious code, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, access records without permission, probe protected systems without authorisation, or disrupt the website or connected services.
- Do not use automation to harvest personal information or place an unreasonable load on the service.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, your authority to act for a business, or your ownership of data and connected accounts.
6. Our content and your information
Page One Brand and its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding, design, software, and original content. You may view the website and use its intended features for legitimate personal or business purposes. Other copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law permits it.
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You authorise us to process it as reasonably needed to respond to you, operate the requested features, provide agreed services, and meet legal requirements, subject to the Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not grant us unrestricted ownership of your content.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, and sharing of personal information, including the use of marketing and analytics tools. Accepting these terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required by privacy or marketing laws.
We use third-party services, including HubSpot forms and scheduling, Google services, hosting providers, and AI providers for internal analysis tools. Their services may have separate terms, privacy practices, outages, or restrictions. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse every aspect of the linked service.
8. Marketing information and AI-assisted recommendations
Website articles and tool outputs are general business information, not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Marketing results depend on many factors, including market conditions, your offer, your website, platform rules, and implementation. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, profit, or a particular advertising outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.
Internal AI-assisted reports may contain errors, incomplete information, or unsuitable recommendations. An authorised person must review them before taking action. Do not treat an AI recommendation as an instruction to change a live advertising account without appropriate review and approval.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but features, content, and availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, the website and informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. These website terms do not override an express warranty or service commitment in a separate signed agreement, or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Page One Brand is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use this website or its informational tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be unlawful. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement and law.
11. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms and will change the date shown above. Additional notice will be provided where legally required. Changes do not retroactively rewrite a separate signed service agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction rules, disputes concerning them may be brought before courts in Alberta. Nothing requires you to give up protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
